Sales Representative

Dima Jewellery is an Egyptian fine jewellery brand founded in 2003, known for handcrafted 18kt gold, precious gemstones, and distinctive artisanal designs. The brand is looking for a Sales Representative to join its Zamalek showroom team.
Job Description:
Welcome and assist clients throughout their in-store experience, providing attentive and personalized service.
Present jewellery collections confidently and guide clients toward pieces that suit their preferences and needs.
Build strong client relationships and contribute to achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
Maintain a high standard of product presentation and ensure the showroom reflects the brand’s luxury image.
Develop strong knowledge of the brand’s collections and communicate product details and stories effectively.
Job Requirements:
1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within fashion, jewellery, beauty, or luxury retail.
Strong sales and customer-service skills, with a client-focused approach.
Good command of English, with strong verbal communication skills.
Presentable, polished, and professional appearance.
Confident, personable, and comfortable engaging with a luxury clientele.
Passion for fashion, jewellery, and the luxury retail industry is a strong plus.
