Production Manager

Job Description:
Manages the full production cycle from product development and sampling to final production and delivery.
Coordinates with manufacturers, factories, tailors, pattern makers, fabric suppliers, and other production partners.
Creates and maintains production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Follows up continuously on production progress and resolve delays or issues.
Manages production quantities, size breakdowns, and delivery schedules.
Ensures products are delivered according to the agreed specifications and deadlines.
Works closely with the creative/design team to translate designs into production-ready garments.
Communicates with suppliers, factories and entire supply chain
