Production Manager
Type/ Location: Full-time, New Cairo
Job Description:
Manages the full production cycle from sampling and development to final production.
Coordinates on ground with tailors, workshops, suppliers, and internal teams.
Creates and follows production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Conducts quality control throughout the production process and solves issues that may affect deadlines.
Follows up on measurements, finishing, construction, and overall garment quality.
Job Requirements:
1 year of experience in fashion/garment production.
Experience working with tailors, workshops, and suppliers.
Strong sewing skills and a good understanding of garment construction.
Knowledge of pattern making and the ability to understand and interpret patterns.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
