Job Description:

• Designs contemporary womenswear pieces aligned with Go Native’s brand identity

• Develops seasonal collections from concept to final samples

• Creates detailed sketches, tech packs, and mood boards

• Selects fabrics, trims, and color palettes suitable for local production

• Collaborates closely with pattern makers and production teams

• Oversees fittings and apply design adjustments

• Researches trends while maintaining a strong brand point of view

• Ensures quality, fit, and consistency across all designs

Job Requirements:

•  Strong sketching and technical designing skills

• Must have experience in sampling and production coordination

• Previous experience is required.

• Illustrator skills are a plus
