Couture Account Manager

Job Description:
Manages client communication across all channels, responds to inquiries professionally, guides prospective clients, and ensures a seamless journey from first contact to in-house experience.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with couture, bridal, and showroom clients while understanding their profiles, preferences, and history with the House.
Maintains structured client records and contributes to developing a strong, well-organized client network that supports the House’s long-term growth.
Collaborates with the marketing team by sharing insights from client interactions, including behavior, preferences, and trends in the luxury and couture landscape.
Represents SHAHIRA LASHEEN with professionalism and discretion, upholding the House’s values and ensuring a consistent, high-standard client experience that supports its international positioning.
