Job Description:
Comes up with fun, fresh content ideas for Sandbox.
Shoots, edits, and posts posts, reels, tiktoks, and daily stories.
Helps in build a consistent content calendar.
Writes captions that actually sound like us.
Keeps an eye on trends, sounds, formats & internet culture, and knows which ones are worth jumping on.
Being comfortable creating both polished product content and more spontaneous, personality-driven content. *
Looks at what’s working and using it to make the next piece even better.
Job Requirements:
A strong creative eye + a portfolio that shows it.
You know your way around photo/video editing tools.
You’re naturally curious about fashion, jewelry, design, trends & culture.
You’re comfortable being hands-on… thinking, shooting, editing and posting.
You have a good sense of what makes content feel cool, not just “content-y.”
You’re organized, reliable and can actually get things done.
